Cerity Partners Style Guide:

Business Attire - Avoid bold patterns. The focus should be on each individual, not their clothing.

Men

• Dark jacket in a classic color (black, navy or dark gray)

• Shirt should be a light color (ideally white or a pastel color such as light blue)

• Tie is optional. If a tie is worn, the color should be neutral and classic (no bright neon colors or overly bold patterns).

  Women

• Jewelry is optional

• Hair can be up or down

• Dark jacket or sweater (recommend bringing something you can remove so that you can be photographed both ways).
